How do I place an order?
Simply select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, click the checkout button where your payment will be processed securely. Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you immediately.
Payment methods we accept include credit card, paypal, direct deposit, cheque or money order.
All payments must be received within 7 days otherwise we will assume you no longer want the purchase. Once your payment has been processed, your order will be dispatched.
Is there any risk in using my credit card to pay for my purchases?
Just Ripe uses Eway, a secure payment gateway, to process all credit card payments as well as 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that all your personal details are completely secure.

What is a CVN/CCV?
A CVN or CCV is the three digit number located on the back of your card, to protect the security of your transaction. You'll find it near the signature box.
What if I have a question and need assistance?
That’s fine, just give us a call anytime between 8am and 10pm EST on 0413 066 051 and we’ll be happy to help you! Alternatively you can email us your request and we will respond within 24 hours.
Can you help me select a suitable gift?
Of course! Give us a call or email us with a little about whom you’re buying for and we can help you select the perfect gift. Don’t forget, you can also purchase one of our gift vouchers and leave the choice open.
How long does it take to receive my purchase?
All orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered to you within 2-4 business days. If you require a more immediate form of delivery, just contact us, and we can make relevant arrangements.
What are the shipping costs?
We have a flat shipping rate of $7.50 for standard size parcels, Australia-wide. Delivery is via Australia Post.
If your order exceeds the standard Australia Post limits, we will find the most efficient option and contact you to discuss the delivery cost.
Just Ripe offers free delivery within Australia for all orders over $150!
International orders will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail at a flat rate of $18 for standard size parcels. Delivery is usually within 4-7 business days.
Loss or damage is not covered. If you wish to place insurance, please let us know and we can arrange it.
Do you offer gift wrapping and if so, what’s included?
Yes we do. For a flat fee of $4.50, we will gift wrap the item/s complete with matching ribbon. We can also send the gift on your behalf.
Just Ripe carries a range of cards for all occasions that you may purchase to go with your gift. Simply write your message in the ‘comments’ box at checkout and we will do the rest.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Redeeming a gift voucher is easy! When you receive your voucher, you will get a Certificate ID and PIN.
- Join as a member, if you're not one already.
- Login and click on Gift Certificates.
- Enter the Certificate ID and PIN in the appropriate boxes.
- Your account will be credited in the amount of your gift voucher. When you shop, your order total will be deducted from the balance.
If you have more than one voucher, enter them separately and they will 'stack'.
